Important Points to Note When Placing Your Order
- Restricted Items: Please do not include any flammable or dangerous goods (such as perfumes and deodorants) in your shipment.
- Weight Calculation: Airline charges are based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight for each package. Volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the dimensions of each box and dividing by 6000 (length x width x height in cm divided by 6000).
- Optional Insurance: Insurance is not included but can be purchased additionally at 10% of the value of coverage, which is non-refundable. We highly recommend this for expensive items.

To send goods to India via Mail My Parcel’s Door-to-Door Express Air Service, a minimum volumetric weight of 10 kg is required.
Your shipment will reach India within 3-10 working days, depending on the services you choose, recipient's area and location.
Our Door-to-Door India rates for both Air and Sea Freight are as follows:
- Air Express Service: £6.00 per kg + £10.00 handling charges (Minimum 10 kg required). Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 working days.
- Sea Service: £2.50 per kg + £10.00 handling charges (Minimum 20 kg required). Estimated Delivery Time: 8-12 weeks.
Our prices include duties and taxes, so there are no additional charges unless you have a valuable item or fail to declare the original value of an item. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on duties and taxes.
Yes, we do charge for packing your goods £1.00 per kg.
